By signing up and using the Befroosh service, you agree to the following terms. Please read these rules carefully before use so that you have a flawless experience of our platform.
Use of services:
You agree to use Befroosh services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of your country. Any unauthorized use, such as infringing intellectual property rights or illegal activity, is prohibited.
Responsibility for account information:
Befroosh lets you connect to social platforms such as Instagram. You are responsible for the security of your accounts on those platforms. The connection to Befroosh is made directly on Instagram's site, and you only need to log in to your Instagram account on instagram.com. Befroosh does not require a password or page information during the connection process. Therefore, the security of your account, password and account information is your responsibility, and Befroosh bears no responsibility in this regard.
Limitation of liability regarding Instagram:
Befroosh provides its services using a direct API received from Meta, the owner of Instagram. Therefore, we give no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and if for any reason the API service fails, is cut off for a period, or is misused, Befroosh is not liable for resulting damages or technical problems outside our control (such as an Instagram outage).
Responsibility for testing and reviewing the service:
Before you start using any Befroosh service, including automatic comments, smart direct messages, selling goods and services, online payment and other Befroosh features, you must test and review the implemented process and make sure it works correctly and that the information entered is accurate.
Fair use:
You must not use the Befroosh service for spam, sending unrelated messages, or abusing the direct-message and comment system. If a violation is found, access to the service may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
User content:
You are responsible for content published through accounts connected to Befroosh. Befroosh has no responsibility for content published by users and has the right to restrict your access or suspend your account if rules are violated or a violation is reported.
Intellectual property rights:
All graphic, text and code content of the Befroosh site and platform belongs to the Befroosh team, and any copying or republishing without written permission is illegal.
Changes to the terms of use:
Befroosh has the right to update the rules and regulations when necessary. Changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of them.
Cancellation or termination of access:
In case of misuse, rule violations or suspicious activity, the Befroosh team may block a user's access to the panel without a refund.
Payments and refunds:
The fee for Befroosh services is calculated based on your chosen plan. Naturally, not renewing the service will cut off access to special features and some system functions, and Befroosh is not responsible for any damages resulting from failing to renew the subscription. However, to maintain user satisfaction, if the user does not renew the service and the subscription fee is not paid, the automatic messaging service will continue and a Befroosh promotional phrase or watermark will be added to the end of automatic messages. This continues until the user decides to renew the subscription, cancel the service, or keep using the service with the watermark. Also, if the subscription is canceled or the service is terminated for any reason, the refund policy will be applied according to the terms announced at the time of purchase.
Compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran:
Befroosh is registered in Iran and operates under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All Befroosh activities comply with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law.
Privacy protection:
Befroosh is committed to protecting users' privacy and will not provide users' personal information to any person or organization except by law or by order of a competent judicial authority.
Age and legal capacity requirements:
Using Befroosh services is permitted for people over 18. Users must have the legal capacity required to use Befroosh.
